Update March 9th

Hello Wonderful Families,

New AR goals have been set.  Students received a new bookmark to keep in class with their “good fit” level on it.  This will help them in selecting books that will help them continue to grow. This trimester students have restrictions placed on their AR quizzes. Students will no longer be allowed to quiz on books outside of their level range without prior permission. I am hoping this will encourage and help students choose "good fit" books.

Parent Conferences will take place the week of March 16th.  If a conference is required, I have contacted you via ParentSquare.  If you would like to request a conference, please send me a ParentSquare message and we can set that up.

All report cards will be sent home on Friday, March 20th

All 2nd graders need to complete 6-8 hours of community service. Community Service hours and projects are DUE by FRIDAY, MAY 1st, 2020. Information about the project requirements went home March 2nd.
