Update January 21st
Hello Wonderful Families,
New Book order forms came home this week. I will submit the new book order on Friday, January 24th. If you want to order online click on the link to the left of this blog and use code TJMVT.
Reminder: NO SCHOOL this Monday, January 20th in observance of the Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday.
January Poems will be recited the week of January 27th, so be sure to study them.
We will be celebrating the 102nd day of school on Tuesday, January 28th. We will have a dalmation themed day so students are encouraged to dress in black and white and/or spots. We are in need of a few donations for this day as well, please see the parent square post for sign ups.
The final day to take AR quizzes for this trimester is February 21st. That seems like it’s still quite aways away, but that is only 21 school days. Please make sure that kiddos are completing their nightly reading and are ready to quiz when they come to school! You can check your kiddos progress using the Renaissance link on the left hand side of this blog.
If anyone is interested in making a classroom donation, we are in need of expo markers, glue sticks, and pre-sharpened ticonderoga pencils. Thank you in advance for your kindness and generosity!
